Mr Jones’ Carpet Cleaning Procedure

1. Pre Inspection – A thorough inspection of all areas to be cleaned, identifying and discussing with you any possible problems
2. Vacuuming – 80% of dirt in a carpet is ‘dry soil’. A thorough vacuum maybe required to remove this before cleaning
3. Pre Treatment – A pre treatment such as Baby Safe may be required to condition fabric
4. Agitation – Ensures the pre treatment works at its most efficient
5. Clean & Rinse – A thorough clean of the fabric and rinse out any residues
6. Spot & Stain Removal – Any remaining stains are removed using the relevant spot remover
7. Grooming – Pile is set in one direction to aid the drying process
